The building remained fully occupied during construction. We phased the installation in three zones and maintained positive drainage throughout to prevent any water intrusion into occupied spaces.
The new TPO system achieved Energy Star certification and is projected to reduce cooling costs by 18% annually. The client received a 20-year No Dollar Limit manufacturer warranty.
